For large new build developments with large quantities of stone work we offer bespoke procurement strategies for all the Owner's stone requirements. This may include project and construction management services, or procurement management for property wide buy-off of stone supply, fabrication and installation. Our management service can be tailored to our clients needs using a mix of professional fees, open book sourcing with fixed mark-ups, fixed rate fabrication & installation or supervision of trade contractors on site where stone installation falls under scope of interior fit-out contractor or general contractor.
